There are a lot of wonderful pregnancy/post-pregnancy products, but not all of them deal with the subjects few talk about. Nursing is fantastic, but it can be very painful at first. This ingenious product, Shower Hug, helps through those first difficult weeks.
I am 2.5 years out from the days of nursing my twins, but I have a lovely new "feature" twice a month - which is extremely painful nipples. For the last year I have resorted to wearing a sport bra nearly 24 hours a day for two weeks a month - one week during ovulation, the other week during "my moon". The only time I would take it off was the dreaded moment to take a shower. Enter, Shower Hug. I wrapped it around my chest as soon as I removed my sport bra and took a shower with absolutely no pain whatsoever.
This product is aptly marketed to pregnant women and new moms, but it also has a very big fan in this woman who is neither pregnant nor a new mom. Just a woman with some pretty sore nips twice a month!
